Scott FotheringhamLawyer

Scott holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Criminology) following which he completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.

Scott gained experience in the legal community prior to joining our family law team in 2020. He has significant experience across complex parenting arrangements and property divisions, divorce, and intervention order matters. He has focused his practice on family law and has a passion for providing a practical and genuine approach to families when navigating difficult situations.

When he’s not at our Lilydale or Reservoir office, Scott enjoys spending time with his young family and being a devoted Melbourne Demons supporter. He also enjoys watching movies, camping, hiking, spending time with friends, and the NZ Herald’s daily quiz.
