Emily joined the team in 2019 and ascended to the title of Senior Lawyer in 2023. Emily has extensive experience in divorce, parenting arrangements and property divisions, as well as complex parenting matters including over-held children. Regularly instructing on matters in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Magistrates Court Intervention Order List, Emily has a compassionate and empathetic approach to her clients.
When approaching matters, Emily consistently goes above and beyond for her clients, considering each individual matter with thought and precision, in order to achieve favourable outcomes.
Emily enjoys travelling and spending time with her family, friends and her fur-baby, in her free time.
