Lawyer
Peggy graduated Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), subsequently completing her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
After her studies, Peggy gained experience in superannuation, banking and mortgage law before settling into her passion with the Victims of Crime team here at Johnstone and Reimer Lawyers. Peggy values approachability and is committed to assisting clients through this difficult period with compassion.
Peggy enjoys spending time with loved ones, reading, and other creative outlets such as painting and music (although her singing ability is contentious).
Joshua and his team were fantastic. They helped me with seeking compensation from my application to VOCAT. Peggy one of the lawyers helped me apply to Victims of Crime Tribunal or VOCAT for past medical costs, which was successful. Then Joshua himself helped me apply for a grant for my future medical costs, which was the latest treatment for PTSD & MDMA at Monarch. This was granted. I am extremely extremely grateful for my treatment. Joshua and Peggy’s help was very much appreciated and they were both very compassionate about the situation I found myself in after the rape case. I would highly recommend Johnstone and Reimer for VOCAT applications.

I am grateful for the support of Johnstone and Reimer Lawyers, especially Peggy, throughout my application process. Although the process was long, the team was always contactable and responsive, which made a huge difference during a stressful time.
At one stage there was a small issue with emails, where I began receiving communications that were not intended for me. This was quickly resolved with professionalism. I was impressed by the transparency and efficiency with which this was handled.
Peggy’s guidance and dedication were invaluable. She was consistently approachable, understanding, and proactive in ensuring I felt supported at each step. I cannot recommend her and the firm highly enough for their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to their clients.
